  Willing to give this small business a chance and pay $500 more than the big box retailer hoping for better service. Selected an appliance on a Saturday, they took a large deposit from Debit Card and we were told to call on Monday if we measured and found it would not fit so they did not order it. Called Monday to let them know not to order as it would not fit. Now we have confirmed with their merchant processor that our refund will take 10-14 days, Beware of small business your money will be tied up too long for a purchase that was a maybe. Larger retailers refunded large payments in 48 hours. Very inconvenient. Recommend they take a small deposit until they actually place an order in the future.
